The European Patent Convention
issue July 2002 is now available for download as fully bookmarked PDF file. To
consult the most up-to-date version of the EPC, please use the files in
HTML format. The files in PDFormat
contain the latest printed edition of the EPC, ie without amendments adopted by
the Administrative Council since the printed edition was published.
In
order to work with PDF documents you need to have the software Acrobat
Reader® (version 4 or higher is
recommended) installed on your system. The browser plugin may be downloaded for
free from the Adobe website.
In case
you want to save the file directly to your disk and know how to work with
compressed files, we recommend to download the EPC as ZIP-file.
